Anyone else switch to Team Wade after the past episode?

I was firmly Team George up until the past episode: The Race & The Relationship. I mean, honestly George, could you get any more wishy-washy? Anyone else note that he STILL doesn’t do what he wants – despite his “freeing” experience in “Destiny & Denial?” He doesn’t want to be with Lemon, he is angry with her, yet the preacher makes him come back for counseling? Uh, no. First, a phone call to the preacher telling him the wedding is off is all I would’ve done. And I so would not be showing up for the counseling sessions. Um, no. But this is the world of TV, where people don’t do real world decisions. And we wouldn’t have a show.

But for George to dangle a possibility of a relationship in front of Zoe and then to go to Lemon – made me think he’s a tool. But then, he’s not particularly useful, so maybe fool is a better word for him. I felt like I was watching a basketball game at the many times I yelled “Rebound!” at the TV screen whenever Zoe came on to talk about George.

Wade was simply adorable in this episode. Wade just treated Zoe better. Even is she doesn’t have a clue about it all (well, now she does).

I am now officially Team Wade. I have my game jersey on with KINSELLA on the back and I am ready to go. Anyone else make that conversion?

Always and forever Team Wade. Never Team George. Chant it with me. “ZADE” “ZADE” “ZADE”

I didn’t just switch to Team Wade, I’ve been there for a while. George has no clue what he really wants and it seems like he has everything yet it’s not enough for him. That’s how he strikes me. He’s a lawyer, the whole town respects him, he has Lemon and yet he still isn’t satisfied and still doesn’t seem to know what he wants, and continues to lead Zoe on. George’s relationship with Lemon is so serious and has lasted so long Zoe could be nothing more than a rebound or a post breakup experiment. Wade knows he wants Zoe and isn’t playing two sides. He’s also been there for Zoe in a lot of ways and Wade seems to be a much more layered character, he’s much more than you first might take him for. Plus, him and Zoe have amazing chemistry.

The. character of Wade Kinsella was crafted to be the tough guy except with a great heart. Put me in as Team Wade.

I’ve always been on Team Wade! I think the relationship between George and Lemon it’s like taken from real life. I mean love isn’t easy. Especially when you have a long-term relationships. Sometimes you just want to end things, but then you realize what you share with the other person. That’s why I really like George/Lemon – it’s real. And about Wade – he is nice guy. One of those who had difficult life and built a wall between them and the others. But then, when they finally meet Love, everything changes and they’re so confused that they act strangely. I bet he would end up with Zoe. He definitely should.

I love Wade. The chemistry between him and Zoe is incomparable to anything she may think she has with George. I love this couple, and I love this show. I hope it gets renewed for another season!

After rewatching the finale (more than a few times) I started to notice certain things like Wade’s(Wilson’s) neck chain/pendant missing in barn scene and later during scene at Zoe’s place. His hair changing from scene cut to cut -shirt on shirt off stuff. But I wanted to ask others a few questions.

Thinking back to the pilot (or rewatching it) at what split second do folks realize this guy is a keeper? Not just a hottie but a keeper. What specifically made you think this?
